Ms. Kettles holds a master's in business administration from the University of St. Thomas in Saint Paul, as well as a bachelor's degree in finance from the University of Minnesota.

Ms. Klumpp has extensive government experience, having served as an executive director of the Metropolitan Council (the seven-county regional planning agency for the Twin Cities area of Minnesota), as the associate executive director for the League of Minnesota Cities, as a city administrator and assistant city manager. She holds a master's in public administration and a bachelor's degree in political science.
